Ingredients:

• 1 serving whole-grain or rice pasta

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• ½ tsp garlic

• 1 handful spinach

• Salt & pepper

• Optional: parmesan


Instructions:

1. Cook pasta and set aside.

2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add cherry tomatoes.

3. Add garlic and cook until tomatoes soften.

4. Add spinach until wilted.

5. Mix in cooked pasta and season with salt & pepper.

6. Add parmesan if you want.
