Easy One-Pan Veggie Dinner Anyone Can Make
Some nights you don’t want a complicated recipe — just something nourishing and easy. This one-pan veggie dinner cooks in 20 minutes and only uses ingredients most people already have.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper
• Optional: cooked rice or noodles
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
2. Add vegetables and cook them over medium heat.
3. Season with garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir occasionally until vegetables are slightly golden.
5. Serve as is, or pour over rice/noodles.
